Slumber Party Invites - Every Day Paper Dolls Cricut Cart

Well - my oldest is turning 9 next week, I can't believe it!  She wanted to have a slumber party to celebrate this year - these are the invitations we made.  I just took a sheet of double sided paper and cut it into 3 12" x 4" pieces and folded it in half, then I folded down the front and used a scallop punch along the edge.  I used pop dots to glue the sleeping bag together so the paper doll could be easily put in and out.  I used the Cricut Every Day Paper Dolly cartridge to make the paper dolls and also to cut out the pillow and teddy bear.  The dolls are cut at 3 1/4".  I used a Peachy Keen stamp for the doll faces.  Then I just printed the party info and cut it out and glued it to the back of each sleeping bag.  This was a fairly simple project, but I think they turned out pretty cute!

The dolls are not glued so they can be taken out of the sleeping bag.

I just printed and glued the party info on the back.

I am posting this project on the following sites:
