Birthday Banner Card with Create a Critter Balloon

Hello.  Here is one more card for the card workshop that I am hosting Saturday - whew!  One more to go!  The banners were cut using a diamond shape on the Plantin Schoolbook Cricut Cartridge at 1 1/2" and folded over embroidery floss.  The patterned paper is from the DCWV Lemon Flower Stack - I totally love this stack!  The cute bear balloon was cut from the Create a Critter Cricut Cartridge at 3" and the sentiment was also from Create a Critter at 1 1/2".  I used some tiny mini skittles in the bottom corners.  I found these tiny skittles at the Flower Factory - they are smaller than the mini ones I already had an much smaller than the ones found at Michael's a couple years ago.  They came in five colors too.  I was pretty excited to find them!  The green strip was embossed using the Cuttlebug Argyle embossing folder.

I am entering this card in the following challenges:

The Crazy Challenge - CCH #66ANYTHING GOES
The Crafty Pad Designs - CHALLENGE 120 - SPOTS & DOTS
